This policy sets out Qorvixa's approach to refunds and complaints in connection with our automotive enhancement services.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If a service is not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if parts supplied are not of satisfactory quality, you have the right to request a remedy.
If you believe that work carried out by Qorvixa falls below the expected standard, please contact us within 14 days of collection at [email protected] or by phone at +44 078 4285 9056. We will investigate the concern and, where a workmanship defect is confirmed, arrange a remedy at no additional cost. This may include rework, parts replacement, or where applicable, a partial or full refund.
Parts supplied by Qorvixa carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. In the event of a parts failure under warranty, we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf and arrange replacement or repair.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Qorvixa does not guarantee specific performance outcomes from any service. Refunds are not issued solely on the basis that a customer expected a different outcome than was achieved, provided the work was carried out as agreed and to the standard described in the quotation.
Booking cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a charge to cover workshop preparation time, not exceeding 25% of the quoted work value.
